Reclaiming my "Comforter"
Finally! After considerable procrastination - months long in fact, I got around to making a slipcover for a chintz-covered, wool-filled comforter my mother made for me when I was a teenager. The chintz fabric was badly worn around the edges and becoming threadbare elsewhere. Believe it or not, I do use this comforter every winter here in Florida. This sweet little floral print fabric is reclaimed from a flea market find...and the fabric was made in France. Long live my wool comforter!

Turned out great Sarah! The print is beautiful!
Thanks, Anne! I love it, and look forward to using it next winter.
What a lovely pattern. I like little flowers prints. You did a very professional job with this, Samantha. I'm very impressed!
Have a great weekend,
Doris :-)
Nice job on the comforter. It incorporates each component of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
