My Deviation into Modern Quilt Art

"Closures"

"Closure"... is not easy for many of us. It's been said that when a door closes another one opens. It's just that we are not always ready for that to occur when it does. Or, sometimes we are and the other person/people are not. Sometimes the closure is smooth sailing - notice the mariners compass tab on the top zipper. And like these zippers, sometimes it feels like the relationships still have threads hanging there - we just don't know, maybe they can be repaired; sometimes it feels like the relationships were cut off, or torn off. However, we do survive and move on to better things, hopefully. For more information see the quilt items section in my online store at http://www.sarahsquiltsncrafts.etsy.com/

Well said, Sarah, and I suppose it's all part of growing - or evolving - I suppose, because growth is life, whether we like it or not. I have to confess I often don't like it at all, more so as I get older and want things to stay the same!

Some growth we like and want, and some not so much!

However, since I want my life to get better, or I want to get better at my life then change is inevitable!

Here's to courage!
