The sense, sound or vibration, 'I Am'
is the first born; the first name and vibration
emanating from the Supreme One.
Leaving aside all 'otherness' and merging
the attention in the 'I am-ness' presence
inside the heart, sentient beings attain lasting
freedom from the binding chains of the delusion.
